We have enjoyed this product very much, the linguine is deliceous prepared any way you like your pasta.

I bought this product because my husband loves Quinoa, I know this product is made from corn as well. I have to say, I have made this 3 times already and while it is very good, I can not stop this Liguine from STICKING together in clumps! I have tried olive Oil still no luck. The Package states DO NOT OVERCOOK, but I think I will overcook it to see if I have no more clumps.

After trying several different types of whole grain pastas - this is it! Even my picky 15yo son loves it. This is now the only pasta we ever use!

This is a terrific pasta. I tried it because I'm wheat-free and didn't like the rice pastas. A local restaurant uses this pasta for gluten-free customers and I tried it there and loved it. I think it's better than the pastas made from wheat. My entire family loves it - wheat eaters and wheat free. Now that I've found this product we eat more pasta than ever. I like the linguine for alfredos and for carbonaras, but we also use the other shapes and sizes available.

I like this more than Tinkyada and Mrs. Leepers. I think the texture is on par with semolina pasta. I have used Ancient Harvest now for spaghetti, linguine/alfredo, and chicken and noodles. Very good. I thought I would mention that this linguine is pretty narrow (~1/8").
