I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and have felt much better since I went gluten free. It's difficult finding food to prepare, but this makes meals so much easier and you can't tell the difference from regular pasta. Kids will love it. I just wish restaurants would start using it so we could eat out sometimes!

For gluten sentsitives, there is finally a pasta that is gluten free and still has texture when cooked. Hooray, we have tried so many brands in Wholefoods that we were giving up and we were always slightly disappointed. This pasta even after cooking for the full 9 minutes as prescribed, did not go soggy and did retained a nice firmish texture. Other GF pasta tends to fall apart when cooked and often it happened within 3 minutes! Plus quinoa is a great grain to eat, so we are super pleased to have found this GF pasta. Great price Amazon.

Have been gluten free for 2 months now, and this pasta is DELICIOUS!!!!
I definitely get the LINGUINE, though, because the regular spaghetti is very, very, very thin.
Their ELBOW noodles absolutely rock. Ancient Harvest Quinoa Organic Pasta, Elbows, 8-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 12) I could live on these 2 products alone and almost not be too ugly that I can't eat "regular" pasta! : )
If you haven't checked out the fiber and low salt content of Ancient Harvest pastas, you should. They are healthier for you than whole wheat pasta and definitely taste better, regardless of being gluten-free!

I'm a big guy trying to get smaller, so when my wife cooked me a box of this for my dinner, I was really happy because it had such a good taste and was healthy for me. The only problem was that I ate the whole box--nearly 800 calories!!! It was just one plate full too; the linguine is thin. And with added tofu and pasta sauce, I probably tipped 1000 calories on the meal. I had to spend 2 hours on the treadmill out of guilt; plus I had a lot of energy, and 2 hours working out seemed like nothing with these healthy complex carbs in my body. Great food, but watch how much you eat.
