I would recommend this product for those people on a gluten free diet. Purchasing this cereal in bulk from Amazon will save you a significant amount over buying one box at the store. The corn flakes are not overly sweet. The flakes do lose some of thier crunch after some time floating in the milk, but it is a good cereal for your breakfast rotation.

The title says it all. For celiac's these are the best thing since the original Frosted Flakes by the big guys. If you haven't tried these yet, worry not, they're excellent.
