This product is great for gluten free, or any allergy sensitive people. It is filling and I use it for breakfast every morning. The chunks are sometimes large and need to be broken into smaller pieces, but other than that, it makes a great snack or breakfast food.

I agree with the other reviewer (regarding the lack of fruit) only adding that it hasn't much flavor at all, unless you know what cardboard or sawdust taste like. Did not care for this cereal at all, and will not buy it again.
Bakery on Main makes an incredible granola-like cereal, and I will pay the higher price when I make another purchase.

This cereal is more chewy than it is crunchy, and therefore not much like mainstream granola cereals. The taste isn't quite what I expected - again, not much like regular granola, but it is good. I would have given it 3 stars for taste and texture alone, but the fact that it is gluten free and high in fiber earned it an extra star!
