I really like this rice bran. It keeps me more full than the gluten-free Holly's oatmeal, which I was previously eating before it went out of stock.

I eat this because I can't have wheat. It is a good breakfast cereal but rather bland without extras. I add ground flax seed, agave nectar and rice milk and ENJOY!!

This cereal is surprisingly tasty considering it consists of just brown rice grits. It is quick and easy to prepare also. With being gluten free, it is nice to have this as a breakfast option. gardenlady
