I grew up in Ukraine and love buckwheat. I used to go to a Russian store to buy their buckwheat in bulk, but it did not even get close to the quality of Bob's organic buckwheat.
Recently my daughter was diagnosed with food allergies
( potato, rice, and corn): buckwheat has become our life saver!

NOTE that it is not fried, as most of us used to... Whole Foods sells same style for about $2/lb, next time I will buy there.
