Excellent substitute for all purpose flour September 14, 2008 N. Ernst (NJ United States) I very happy with this product. Does everything all purpose flour does and very well too. I bake with it and dredge and fry with it. It all works out great.
excellent product August 10, 2008 susan birnbaum (Beverly Hills, CA USA) I use this interchangeably for flour with my recipes. It works very well. My kids can hardly tell the difference in my cakes and cookies.
great product May 5, 2008 K. lavergne I use this flour in place of wheat flour in any recipe and it works great!
Safe Flour... February 19, 2008 Susan B. Brown (Pico Rivera, CA) After being diagnosed with Celiac in 2007.... I was unable to eat so many things. Just the thought of finding good flour without wheat in it seemed like a daunting task. Thanks to this manufacturer, I am able to substitute this for wheat flour in most recipes. I thought I was going to go nuts without cake or cookies ever again... but now I can have them made with this flour.
