I love this!!! January 27, 2010 MIchael Rosander I love this thing!!! It's a very handy tool. The MSN service is a little shoddy, because it takes so long to get it going, but overall, a very good value for the money!!!
Great buy and gift November 29, 2009 Zhandra (Florida) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a wonderful, easy to read cookbook. The introduction explains the specifics of celiac disease, gluten allergy and gluten intolerence. It describes the many types of gluten-free flours, including the sources, flavor notes, consistency and nutritional analysis. The recipes are straight-forward and very specific, there's no guesswork. I bought this for my grandmother who developed a wheat allergy as she got older. She has always loved to bake, so this is perfect for her to reinvent her recipes.
